After my first telephone screening with Simon, I think he totally understood what I was looking for and the offers he sent me were all relevant. That is a big difference with other recruiters…. After the first telephone screening they did not fully understand my expectations and sometimes sent me offers that were not relevant.
My main feeling was that my consultant knew his client very well. He gave me details concerning the offers that were confirmed during the interviews and showed that he really had a good knowledge of the company. All e-mails I have sent have been answered almost immediately, feedbacks after the interviews were very fast.
