Senior Credit Service Expert

Our client, a leading international group with around $30 billion in revenue per year and around 100,000 employees, is looking for a Senior Credit Service Expert to cover the Benelux & DACH region. 

The key focus of this role is to manage credit and collections activities for key and strategic accounts across all locations around the Benelux and DACH region.

You will handle high profile specific cases  transferred from the worldwide Credit Services teams on key account matters for a group that has operations in well over 100 countries worldwide.

Your focus will be  on analyzing and driving process improvements, building  excellent relationships with customers and the sales force to facilitate change within the overall credit and collection function.

You will be tasked with managing critical customer escalations and disputed invoices with key stakeholders and proactively arranging customer visits to enhance relationships, resolving any outstanding payment issues as well as  implementing better collections processes.

Candidates should have strong credit/collections management experience. Have excellent customer facing skills. Strong excel skills and SAP is preferred.

Candidates should speak Dutch as well as English. Given the geographic coverage will also encompass the DACH region, German would be desirable to have.
