Order Management and Customer Operations Analyst

International manufacturing and distribution group based in Maastricht, Netherlands with major operations across EMEA, is looking for a talented analytical minded individual to work within their Order Operations centre to help streamline their operations and help improve customer satisfaction within the Order to delivery lifecycle.

This role will be varied but will be mainly responsible for operational execution, identifying and addressing process gaps, leading projects and process improvements within established timelines, analyzing the impact of changes, and developing clear strategies for improvement.

You will analyze existing processes and work tirelessly with internal colleagues to make practical changes and improvements in order management. This will involve a focus on identifying process gaps, providing support for Operational processes, including order allocation and processing, delivery issue analysis, enquiry management, order monitoring and follow-up, and acting as the central link between the various stakeholders in order to better and more efficient procedures for the order operations team.

You are likely to have had experience with aligning with internal stakeholders and strong drive and expertise for improving processes.

It is likely you have excellent analytical skills developed within the order management, supply chain arena.
