Working for a major manufacturer of technically advanced products based in Limburg, Netherlands, your role will be focused on supporting a varied customer base around EMEA for this leading multinational group.
You will be covering a number of German speaking locations to deliver safe and reliable order management, and customer service support.
You will be active in responding to inquiries from both external customers and internal departments concerning areas of dispute resolution over orders, complaints and order returns, etc.
You efficiently answer sales team and customer requirements such as information requests, lead times, shortages and dispute solving, both on the phone and email.
On a daily basis you will be in charge of effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues and being a single point of contact for the business contacts for the execution of order processes.
You will work closely to develop strong process improvements within order fulfilment.
In order to succeed in this role it is likely you have had some customer service / support experience or order management expertise.
Due to the varied geographic spread of the group's customers in Europe you will need to speak fluent/native German.
