Our client, a leading international group with around $30 billion in revenue per year and over 100,000 employees, is looking for a talented Dutch speaking Customer Service Consultant to join their Corporate HQ covering the EMEA region.
As a major manufacturer of technically advanced engineered products your role will be focused on supporting a varied customer base to oversee after sales coaching and training on the products, ensuring long term customer relationships are maintained.
You will be active in responding to inquiries from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, specifications etc. On a daily basis you will be in charge of effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues and answering questions ensuring support and solutions provided are aligned with Department and Standard Operating Procedures.
In order to succeed in this role it is likely you have had some customer service or support experience in a contact centre, office or helpdesk environment or relevant work experience in client management/after sales roles.
