Account Manager

This international focused multinational group based in Maastricht, is looking for a talented Account Manager to work within their Corporate centre team to help oversee a number of international clients across Europe.

Your work will be to contact key customers and account and be proactive in dealing with a variety of problem-solving issues related to inquiries related to post order management as well as any other supply chain issues. 

You will work tirelessly to help improve the processes within the group to ensure a quicker and smoother order to cash process across the business.

You will be effectively communicating with customers on a daily basis (through phone and email) and will work on ensuring long term client relationships are established.  

As this is a senior level position within the group successful candidates are likely to have had experience within comparable roles within client services/ account management customer service / support experience

Due to the varied geographic spread of the group's customers in Europe you will need to speak English as well as other international languages such as French, German or Italian.
