Supply Chain Transformation Manager

Our client, a major international manufacturing business with operations across the world and employing around 100,000 employees, is looking for a skilled and competent Supply Chain Transformation Manager to remotely join their group in Amsterdam.
You role will be far reaching but the main focus will be on leading and implementing supply chain transformation initiatives across the organization.
This role will require the individual to identify areas of opportunity and improvement within the supply chain (Deliver, Plan, MFG, Trade), develop a strategy for implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the transformation plan.
You will also be responsible for spearheading a range of critical activities, including data analysis, validation, scenario analysis, business case development, and stakeholder alignment across diverse operating units, regions, and functions.
Ideally we are looking for a candidates with between 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a with focus on candidates who have successfully oversee major transformation and process improvements within complex multinational organizations.
Very strong Supply Chain Project experience, including network optimization for manufacturing and distribution networks, and inventory optimization is needed to fulfill the role.
Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
