Senior Manager Compliance

Leading International pharma group based in Frankfurt, is looking for a Senior Manager to help oversee their compliance programme across their European subsidiaries.

You will be in charge of continuously developing a comprehensive business ethics and corporate compliance program, as well as building infrastructure to help  drive  a superior compliance culture across the groups various  European entities.

You will be supporting the development of an effective Compliance program  by way of designing & implementing effective compliance tools, processes and policies. 

You will also be tasked with overseeing delivery of compliance training, monitoring regulatory activities and overseeing the tracking of compliance risk and developing corrective plans where necessary.

In order to apply for this role you are likely to have had progressive roles within compliance from an international group – ideally experienced with developing a trust based compliance pragramme.

English language is required – German is not necessary.
