Major Fortune 500 group with significant operations across EMEA is looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to provide project management support for Logistics initiatives & Freight Audit pay needs to promote stronger supply chain policies and strategies internationally.
Based in either the Netherlands or Prague
This leadership focus role will be varied in nature but will focus on developing some key strategic career management goals such as driving compliance of rate cards and processes across EMEA, leading the audit management across areas such as invoice timeliness, contract compliance and developing KPIs as well as developing cost improvement opportunities.
Operationally the role will be working to drive cross functional collaboration on conforming to the global freight policy as well as developing SOP’s over Freight Audit, Payment & Reporting. You will be adept at relationship management across internal and external parties to help drive cross functional collaboration on global invoicing and freight allocation best practices as well as creating and monitoring invoice level KPIs and financial month/year end reporting to improvement processes across the region.
Candidates are likely to have a number of years of experience working within the logistics, supply chain sector. Experience with global freight audit & pay, transportation partner aging, freight invoice best practices etc would be welcomed.
Preference is for candidates who have ideally good experience working with analytical such as PowerBI or Tableau etc.
Excellent communication, project management skills and analytical abilities are essential.
