Senior Internal Auditor

This major European manufacturing group with almost €15 billion in sales per year is looking for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor  to undertake audits across their almost 30 production sites across 15 countries.

With a very large base across Europe this role will be largely focused on overseeing the planning, managing and overseeing of all internal audit engagements across Germany, Austria and Central European locations.

The role will be focused on planning, organizing, and execution of internal audits projects – largely focused on operational audits across their main business processes.

The role will be working on analyzing the business operations and then through the audits Identifying internal control weaknesses and then devising possible improvements in business processes by completing audits.

You will also be involved on some special missions such as fraud investigations, data analytics or business change when requested by senior management.

Travel will be around 30%.

We are looking for an experienced auditor with around 3-5 years audit experience, either gained within internal audit from industry or from a big 4 / consulting environment.

Ideally candidates should have familiarity with complex international manufacturing businesses.

Location for the role will be a hybrid working model based in one of their locations in Czechia
