Senior Compliance Officer

Our client, a leading international asset management group, is looking for a Senior level compliance officer to join their Luxembourg HQ to help support the Chief Compliance Officer.

The focus of this role will be on developing internal controls and procedures to ensure the business adheres to regulations, and will ensure that appropriate compliance-related management information is produced.

You role will be on ensuring compliance of the existing policies and procedures, monitoring and interpretation of regulatory requirements, implementation and analysis of regulatory changes, drafting and/or reviewing of policies, procedures etc

You will work on assisting and developing/training the other members of the Compliance department.

Your role will be also on overseeing compliance advisory support to the group and following- up on compliance findings, cooperating with internal audit and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring program as well as managing the relationship with the CSSF, lawyers, auditors and other key stakeholder.

Candidates should have at least  4 years plus of compliance experience. Knowledge and experience working in the asset management/ investment fund industry is essential.

English is required – other European languages would be helpful but not essential.
