Manager Forensic Investigations

This leading multinational group, with significant operations across the Americas and worldwide, is seeking an experienced Forensic Manager to lead a team of corporate investigators across their regional operations. 

Based in Belo Horizonte, you will be responsible for managing a team of forensic specialists who are overseeing investigations into complex financial crimes, including conflict-of-interest, procurement fraud, misappropriation of assets, corruption, and bribery.

Your role will be primarily focused on team leadership, setting key performance objectives, and building strategic relationships to ensure seamless regional operations. You will have day-to-day responsibility for managing forensic specialists, providing career development guidance, and overseeing resource allocation. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary point of contact for operational management while playing a key role in the overall strategic management of the group’s investigative objectives.

In addition to your leadership duties, you will undertake high-level corporate investigation projects, conduct fraud awareness training, and oversee the integration of data analytics into investigative workflows. 

To be successful in this role, you should possess extensive experience in leading complex corporate investigations and managing specialized forensic teams. You are likely currently working in a managerial capacity within a forensic advisory firm or a comparable corporate business.

While a CFE qualification is highly welcomed, we value your proven ability to lead high-performance teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication skills are essential, and candidates must be fluent in both Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish and experience with advanced data analytics tools are welcomed.
