Internal Audit Supervisor

This major European manufacturing group with almost €15 billion in sales per year is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to help oversee audits across their almost 30 production sites across 15 countries.

With a very large base across Europe this role will be largely focused on overseeing the planning, managing and overseeing of all internal audit engagements across Germany, Austria and Central European locations – often this will require Supervision of  multiple projects at once.

The role will be overseeing the audit scope,  staffing requirements and other tasks to ensure the annual audit plan is fulfilled.

You will work closely to prepare and review the final audit report and prepare key recommendations for the senior management teams of the operating divisions.

You will have responsibility for managing other auditors, overseeing their work and providing career development guidance as well as being active in resource management for the team.

Travel will be around 30%.

We are looking for an experienced audit Supervisor with at least 6 years of progressive audit experience, either gained within internal audit from industry or from a big 4 / consulting environment.

Ideally candidates should have familiarity with complex international manufacturing businesses.

Location for the role will be a hybrid working model based in either Prague OR within their main Czech plant (close to Pardubice) as preferred.
