Our client, a leading multinational pan European group with operations across West and central Europe, is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to undertake and oversee audits in their Dutch and German business units as well as other locations around Europe.
The focus of your work will be overseeing and performing operational audits, mostly lasting 1 week, across their wide diverse business operations in Germany and the Netherlands and also into other locations around the EU.
The focus of the team work is on undertaking operational and business audits but we are happy to recruit someone who has experience gained working in external audit.
You will be leading the audits (managing entrance and exit meetings as well as overseeing the work papers of other auditors) from day one.
The role will also require that you work on special assignments – such as post acquisition reviews and forensics as well as data analytics
Travel will be around 30% (normally 1 week audits).
We are happy to consider experienced internal auditors as well as candidates with experience working in the big 4/ external audit firms.
Language wise we would have a preference for a Dutch speaking candidate who also speaks good German and English.
