Leading multinational group, with significant operations worldwide, is looking for an Export Specialist to work in an international team (made up of over 15 nationalities) to cover supply chain and stock transfer from their 2 main distribution centers located in Western Europe, to a variety of locations in their emerging markets region – covering a variety of locations in Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
You will be responsible for smooth order and shipment processes and communication with the internal management, ensuring strong customer service. You will oversee stock transfer orders, deliveries, shipments at different stages in the process.
You will also oversee any aging orders and will find solutions by focusing on process improvements
You will also be responsible for investigating and service complaints and resolutions.
Candidates are likely to have at least 2 years’ experience in export related customer care/service, order management or logistics.
Fluent English is essential as are customer focus and stakeholder management skills
