This business, a leading consumer goods production company based in the Brussels region is looking for an Internal Controls Manager to help with developing business controls frameworks as well as supporting compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act across their diverse European operations.
Working as part of the European focused corporate audit team your role will be focused on supporting management on matters relating to the Internal Control awareness and culture, policies, procedures and systems your position will be focused on planning and overseeing compliance work across the group’s entities, providing guidance to local management on SOX issues. You role will also be largely targeted at coordinating internal controls policies across the region and implementing strategic risk objectives across the diverse parts of the group.
In order to apply for this position you should have at least 6 years of relevant working experience, strong analytical skills, a good general understanding and knowledge of Internal Controls, experience with SOx-404 testing and control deficiency remediation as well as having good IT skills.
Fluent written and oral English is essential.
